“MyChartsOnline is an application that grew out of my own experience running a multi-practitioner, multi-office chiropractic practice. Six years ago, we were swimming in a sea of hand-written notes. Managing these notes was a Herculean task. Sending out bills with corresponding notes required hours of administrative work, not to mention phone calls, faxing and endless filing.
“I decided to develop MyChartsOnline after researching the marketplace and finding that most of the electronic health record (EHR) systems were way too complicated. Plus, many of the systems “auto-generated” notes, which doesn’t stand up to audits and reviews. So I hired a software engineer and told him exactly what I wanted.
